An Egyptian court yesterday sentenced 187 anti-coup activists to life in prison following they were convicted on charges of storming a police facility in Minya.
Defence lawyer Khaled Al-Komi said that the military court sentenced 187 opponents on charges of storming a government building and a police station following the dispersal of Rabaa Al-Adawiya and Nahda Square sit-ins in August 2013.
