The Supreme Court in Bahrain has upheld a two-year prison sentence issued to a foreign woman who walked naked in the street, local newspaper Al-Ayam reported.
According to Mesryoon.com, the Bahraini paper said that the lady’s boyfriend, a Bahraini national, was sentenced to one year in prison and fine 1,000 dinars ($2,660).
According to the report, footage of the 32-year-old woman walking naked in the streets went viral on social media last November. She has since been charged with being under the influence of drugs.

The lady is also said to have hit police officers who tried to detain her.
Her Bahraini boyfriend said that he started his relationship with her at a resort two months ago, here she is working a manager.
