Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett yesterday pledged that his government will continue to build illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank, Israeli media reported.
Bennett made his remarks during a visit to the occupation army’s West Bank headquarters on the outskirts of the Palestinian city of El-Bireh.
He denied accusations of a settlement freeze, the Jerusalem Post reported.
“We are continuing and will continue to build in Judea and Samaria [the occupied West Bank],” Bennett said. “There will not be a freeze here. Things will happen in the right order.”
All settlements are illegal under international law.
